We’ve received reports of members getting calls claiming to be from our “Fraud Department.” These callers are asking for card details and saying the account has been exposed to fraud. What you should DO ✅Hang up immediately and call the number on the back of your card or call OFCU directly. ✅Never share personal or card information over the phone. ✅Monitor your account for unusual activity. ✅Contact OFCU directly if you have any concerns. Stay alert and keep your account safe!
