E-branch (Online Banking)
OFCU offers free access to your account with Online Banking. To get started, log into Online Banking by using your account number for the username and the 6 digit Personal Identification Number (PIN), provided to you verbally at account opening for the password. You will then be prompted to change your username and password to something of your choice. Please allow one full business day after account opening before your initial log in.
You can also access your account through our mobile app. Download the OFCU app from the App Store or Google Play located at the top left of the homepage. Once you have the app installed, simply click on the link "sign up" at the bottom and follow the same instructions as above for the desktop computer.
Tips to Creating a Safe Password:
- Use a random mixture of characters, upper and lower case, numbers, punctuation, spaces and symbols at least 8 characters long.
- Don't use a word found in a dictionary, English or foreign.
- Don't use passwords based on personal information such as: name, nickname, birthdate, spouse's name, pet's name, friends name, home town, phone number, social security number, car registration number, address etc. This includes using just part of your name, or part of your birthdate.
- Don't use passwords based on things located near you. Passwords such as "computer", "monitor", "keyboard", "telephone", "printer", etc.
- Don't ever be tempted to use one of those oh so common passwords that are easy to remember but offer no security at all. e.g. "password", "letmein".
- Never use the same password twice.
Online Bill Pay
Sign up for OFCU's free Bill Pay service through OFCU's Ebranch by clicking on the Payment Manager tab then click on View and Pay Bills. You will be able to view, and manage bills online, as well as schedule single or recurring payments. Not only will you have peace of mind with the safety of this service, but you will save time for the more important things in life. Paying bills has never been so easy.
Use OFCU eStatements and help make a positive impact on our environment. Simply click on the eStatements tab in E-branch and accept the disclosures, or you can call or visit one of our local branches and tell your member service representative that you would like to sign up for eStatements. Plus, it can give you a little more green of your own. When you help the credit union reduce expenses, the savings come right back to you in better rates and lower fees. It feels good to go green.
Inter-Institutional Transfers/Popmoney (Pay Other People)
Inter-Institutional TransfersTransfer money between accounts you have with us and accounts you have at other financial institutions, via the secure connection provided in home banking. The external account must be verified prior to the initial transfer. Once your external account has been verified, you are able to initiate transfers at your convenience. Transfers generally take 3 business days to complete. OFCU offers this service free of charge.
PopmoneyPopmoney allows you to send funds to virtually anyone using their email address, mobile number or bank account information by providing confirmation codes and passwords. OFCU offers this service for free. Popmoney is perfect for paying rent, giving allowance, paying the babysitter, reimbursing your friends, gifts and many other payment scenarios.
Somebody owe you money instead? No problem! With the Request Money feature of Popmoney you can send them a request just as easily. You can send a request to an individual or group and include a specific amount or leave the amount “open”. To send a request there is a $2.00 fee but that fee is not charged until the recipient pays your request. If you receive a Popmoney request for payment there is no fee to pay the request.
You must have access to OFCU's E-branch in order to use either of these services. By using Popmoney you can save yourself a trip to the branch and handle your finances from anywhere you have internet access and you could rest assured that your money reaches it's destination in a safe and secure manner.

- Click on External Transfers
- Click on Transfer Between my Accounts
- Sign up for validation #
- After receiving validation # go back into your account to Move Money, then External Transfers, and click on Transfer Between my Accounts.
