How can I access my account online?
All PINs are communicated to the member at the time of the account opening. If not, please contact us at 1-800-376-9000 and speak to one of our Member Service Agents.
How can I reset my password or get a new password for online access?
If you have forgotten your password, please select the “Forgot Password” prompt on the homepage and complete the process to reset your password. If you have attempted this and it still does not work, please contact OFCU at 1-800-376-9000 and one of our Member Service Agents will assist you.
Can I change my PIN for E-Branch?
Yes, you change your password by logging into your online account and clicking on the USER OPTIONS Tab, then clicking on CHANGE PASSWORD.
How do I go about closing my account?
If you would like to close your account, you could do so by coming into one of our local branches and requesting it, or you could submit a letter in writing requesting the closure and send it to:

How can I change my address?
To change you address you could access your online account go to USER OPTIONS Tab, and click on Change Postal Address or you can click here and download a Change of Address Form, fill it out, print and sign, and turn it in to any of our local branches in person or by mail.
How do I register for bill pay?
Sign up for OFCU's Free Bill Pay service through OFCU's Ebranch by clicking on the Payment Manager tab then click on View and Pay Bills.You will be able to view, and manage bills online, as well as schedule single or recurring payments.
How does bill pay work?
Bill Pay allows you to make payments and pay bills online through OFCU. You can make payments to anyone, anytime, anywhere in the United States, from your mortgage lender to your babysitter. 
When can I use online banking & bill pay?
You can use online banking at anytime from any computer or web enabled device, just be sure to practice all safety precautions if you are working from a computer or device that is not your own personal system.
You can set up payments at anytime; however, you can not set up payments to be paid on a weekend or holiday. It is a good idea to set up your payments 10 days before the due date to give adequate time for processing.
How does mobile & text banking work?
Mobile banking allows you to access your account anytime, anywhere from a web enabled device.(iPhone, Android, iPad etc.). You can simply type our website address into your browser or you can download our mobile apps to your Apple Device or Android. 
For text banking users, you can simply text a command to our text banking system (454545) and within seconds you receive a response. You can check your balances, transaction history, or even transfer within accounts. To sign up you must first sign into your online account from computer, click on the Mobile Banking & Alerts Tab and enter your cell phone number that you want to activate. You will receive a text activation code, enter that code on your computer and you are set! You can now go on to set up your primary account, and transfer account.
